~ Highlights of another week livin' the BeverageLife ~
It's been a warm week in February in Fort Collins, and after several bike rides into town for stops at Harbinger and Bean Cycle and spending time at the park watching the frozen lake un-freeze, sipping San Diego's Bird Rock coffee in the reminiscent weather was delightful. - Sadie
This weekend was filled with bourbon drinks (using Bulleit KSBW & Angel's Share KSBW) blended with San Pellegrino Limonata or Aranchiata (Orange) soda's and a twist of lime. Perfect cocktails paired with breads, cheeses, olive & truffle oils out on the back patio with great friends (Food and drink with friends is not rare; 65 and sunny in February was the real treat)! - Michael
Enjoyed the beverage outings this week with family members. My brother bought the board game Carcassonne and brought it to a Sunday afternoon get together with our dad at KC Bier Company. I think the dry cider helped me win a round. Great brew. Also, ran down the street to Underdog Wine Co. earlier in the week with my son. He helped pick out the bean-to-bar-chocolate and I grabbed a bottle of wine. André Hueston Mack of Mouton Noir Wine happened to be in town sampling and bummed I missed the memo, but cool to know he enjoyed KC's drink culture. - Jason
